There is a delightful covered terrace at the front of the house with comfortable furniture and luxuriant plants. There is also a sunbathing terrace with a (10 x 5 m) swimming pool. The villa has a well lit living area with a comfortable lounge suite and an open fireplace. There is a pleasant reading room. The large. luxury kitchen has a cooking island with a gas cooker and oven. There is a large fridge. microwave. dishwasher and washing machine. There is a generously sized wooden dining table. A sliding door opens onto the covered terrace. The bedroom a large double bed and a bathroom with 2 wash basins. bath. shower and toilet. There is plenty of cupboard space.
